Russia To Temporarily Ban Entry Of Foreign Nationals Amid Coronavirus Concerns

“Mikhail Mishustin informed the heads of government that to ensure the safety of the state, protect public health and prevent the spread of coronavirus infection according to Russian law, and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable international treaties of the Russian Federation, the Russian government has decided to temporarily restrict the entry of local citizens and stateless individuals from 00:00 am on March 18, 2020, until local time on May 1, 2020, a statement from the “Press” service said.
