Social Distancing Is The Best Way To Defeat Coronavirus: Yogi Adityanath
Mumbai: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the ‘Janata Curfew,’ being observed across the country is a fight against the coronavirus pandemic and the best way to end it.
The Chief Minister told ANI, “Today the Janata curfew is being observed across the country. It is a fight against coronavirus. Social balance is the best way to defeat the epidemic and prevent its spread.”
He also assured the people that the state government has taken all necessary measures to fight COVID-19.

To prevent the spread of the virus in the state, the state government has taken several steps including shutting down the metro and bus services for today. On the appeal of Prime Minister Modi, the Janata curfew is being observed across the country from 7 am to 9 pm on 22 March.
There are 324 confirmed cases of coronavirus in India so far according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. 23 of these people have tested positive in Uttar Pradesh.
