Team India’s World Cup Squad On The Board

For the upcoming ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup, the selectors have finally revealed the 15 players squad of Team India.
The Matches will be played on the grounds of England which will start from 30th May, 2019.
The team selection had been a matter of one of the most important concern for India in the World Cup 2019 to set up a win as of 1983 and 2011.
India has set up their 15 : Virat Kohli (c), Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul, Vijay Shankar, MS Dhoni (wk), Kedar Jadhav, Dinesh Karthik, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Mohammad Shami.

The big question mark is over the No.4 spot in the batting order. Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli pick themselves for the top three spots. KL Rahul is likely to be included as the back-up opener. The matter of concern was for the fourth sopt which was between Ambati Rayudu, Rishabh Pant and Dinesh Karthik. Rayudu has been out of form since the last time played ODI series against Australia plus couldn’t set up IPL on fire as well. Karthik has been an experienced player plus a match winner as well in his ODI formats as well as in the IPL and has been selected for the big event.
India will play the first two matches at June 5 and June 9 against South Africa and Australia respectively.
