‘Till When You Will Run Away From The Truth, You Are Nothing But A Sample Of Dynasty’: Kangana Slams Shiv Sena

Mumbai: In a fresh attack on Maharashtra government led by Shiv Sena, actress Kangana Ranaut said, “Till when you will run away from the truth, you are nothing but a sample of dynasty.”

“Your father’s good deeds can give you wealth, but you have to earn respect, you will shut my mouth, but my voice will echo in a hundred millions after me, how many mouths will you shut? How many voices will you press? Till when you will run away from the truth, you are nothing but a sample of dynasty,” Ranaut wrote in another tweet.

Further in another tweet the actor wrote, “The ideology on which Shri Bala Saheb Thackeray had built Shiv Sena, today they have sold that ideology for power and have become Sonia Sena from Shiv Sena. Don’t call the goons who broke my house in my absence a civic body. Don’t insult the Constitution in this manner.”

She wrote this in response to an article about the proceedings of the Bombay High Court during the hearing of a stay order petition by the actor’s lawyer against the demolition drive of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on his property.

On 9 September, the Bombay High Court stayed the demolition drive carried out by BMC on Kangana’s property.

A bench of the High Court also asked the BMC to file an answer to his plea in the case.

Ranaut, through his lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui, moved the High Court against the demolition of what BMC termed as “illegal changes” in his office.
