“I’ve A Lot Of Cricket Left In Me To Play,” Kieron Pollard

Mumbai: Kieron Pollard being the Mumbai Indians Skipper for the match yesterday against Kings XI Punjab had an outstanding winning performance for his team as Rohit Sharma was not playing due to his injury.

Pollard said, “I’m a 31-year-old cricketer and I think I have a lot of cricket left for me, being people behind and asides you, makes you feel even more important.”

He also praised the other fellow West Indies Batsmen Chris Gayle for his innings, “I think Chris batted superbly well, Andre Russell and Sunil Narine who are also having a great tournament in the ongoing Indian Premier League and again it just about enjoying cricket.”

Pollard helped Mumbai Indians to set out the game for them as they had been around at losing the game after the continuous dismissals while chasing the huge target of 198. It wasn’t easy but Pollard took away the game once again.
