Mumbai Indians Beats Sunrisers Hyderabad Becomes Third Team To Qualify For PlayOffs

For SRH again it was Khaleel Ahmed who struck for his side with 3 wickets, following Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Nabi took 1 wicket each.

Chasing the small target of 163 runs SRH started of well scored 40 runs on just 3 overs. It was informed bowler Jasprit Bumrah who struck with a slower ball to Wriddhiman Saha and dismissed him Shah scored 25 off 15 balls.

Bumrah was brought back in last over of the powerplay and he again took the wicket of Martin Guptill. SRH lost 2 wickets in powerplay itself which build pressure on them.

Soon Krunal Pandya dismissed Kane Williamson who failed to score runs it has been witnessed that SRH middle didn’t contribute well throughout the season due to which they lost close matches.

Manish Pandey was playing well but on the other side team was losing wickets continuously Vijay Shankar and Abhishek Sharma totally failed to perform well when the team needed the most.

It was a good partnership of Mohammad Nabi and Manish Pandey. Which brought SRH back in the game and needed 17 runs off 6 balls meanwhile Nabi lost his wicket.

SRH needs 7 runs off 1 ball when Pandey hit six and match converted into the Super over.

SRH lost Manish in the first ball of the Super over due to which they managed to score only 8 runs didn’t even play 6 balls as Bumrah dismissed Nabi in the fourth ball of the over.

Mumbai Indian needed 9 runs of 6 balls and it was Hardik Pandya who scored 6 runs in the first ball itself made MI win the match and qualified for playoffs.
