Remove All Apprehensions Especially Of Muslims Over CAA, NRC: Mayawati Appeals Centre

Mumbai: Bahujan Samaj Party Chief Mayawati has urged BJP-led government, to remove all apprehensions, especially of Muslims over the issue of Citizenship law and National Register of Citizens (NRC).

She said that it would be better if the citizens are satisfied with the tension and fear generated in the community after the passage of the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2019.

“It is demanded that the central government should remove all apprehensions on the issue of Citizenship Amendment Act and NRC, especially to Muslims and if they are fully satisfied, it will be better,” Mayawati tweeted in Hindi.
